Made from evaporated sea-salt, water softener pellets defeat hard water in homes that have a water softening system. Scenting the water softener pellets allows you to infuse a slight fragrance for showers and general home ambiance. Instructions
1. Add half of the 20 lb. bag of softener pellets to your water softener system's provided reservoir.
2. Dump half a gallon of fragrance oil into the reservoir, on top of the pellets. Fragrance oils such as lemon grass, orange or ginger provide fresh and clean scents to a home environment. Floral scents create romantic-inspired feelings in the environment as well.
3. Add the other half of the water softener pellets to the reservoir.
4. Dump in the remainder of the fragrance oil.
5. Close the reservoir chamber on your water softening system, and allow it to disperse the fragrant oils with the salt water softening pellets. When water is running, the fragrant solution is spread throughout your home.
